Description
[edit | edit source]Located on Capital Boulevard just west of the RON gas station on the corner of El Rancho Boulevard and Capital Boulevard, the company owns a plot of land with a large 3-story office building, attached to several surrounding warehouses.
Various fences around the site advertise the building, one marking the location of the building's entrance. According to the street signage, the company supply gas, mig, tig, arc and plasma welding machinery. A West Coast Talk Radio billboard is built onto the Elysian Fields Freeway just next to the site.
The site can be accessed from Capital Boulevard or through the Hardwood & Lumber Supply complex on El Rancho Boulevard. The main entrance is built onto the latter. Part of the building is attached to the back of Lester's Warehouse and Thorns.
Between 05:00 am and 12:00 pm, a construction van may drive into the second entrance from El Rancho Boulevard; a Bison (civilian or "The Mighty Bush" variant), a Sadler, a first generation Burrito, either model of the Mixer or a Biff.[1] The entering vehicle will pass the timer yard itself and park outside LT Weld Supply Co., before the driver exits the vehicle, walks over to the building's entrance and smokes.[2] Several random cars can be found parked around the building.
The business's phone number is shown as 328-555-1715. The upper and lower floors are available for lease. A phone number for the leasing agency is displayed as 696-555-0199. The building plays no role in the storyline and cannot be accessed, however.
