I’ve decided to buy a Moog Grandmother and I want the black for the classic Moog aesthetic (going to panel it with wood later down the line) but the price difference between the standard and black variants on reverb is a real kick in the teeth. Is there any way to buy the colored variant and decal it black or should I bite the bullet on the extra hundred or so bucks?
