Relevance

Posts must be related to and focused on Sousou no Frieren.
If the post is only vaguely related to and needs the accompanying title or comment to give context to it, then it's probably not a valid submission.
Comments unrelated to the submitted post are not allowed.
Lumping in other franchises unless very significant is not allowed.
Absolutely no real life politics are allowed.
Meta posts are not allowed. You should use modmail.

Spoilers / 24-hour rule / Leaks

Any source material not covered in the anime is considered spoilers.
Avoid spoilers in the title. Use spoiler tags when necessary.
Do not post spoilers in untagged posts.
Discussion about leaks of news, chapters, episodes, official media, etc. is not allowed.
Keep discussion about the latest chapter/episode in the pinned discussion thread for 24 hours after its English release. Any posts related to the latest release during that time frame will be removed.

Fan Work Rules

All fan work posts (art, videos, cosplay, etc.) must contain the artist's name or handle in the title of the post.
If you are the creator, put "my art", "made by me", "[OC]" or other indicators in the title.
- Include this in the comments of the post too!
All artwork must include a link to the original art source in the comments.
Only 1 fan work post per 24 hours.
If you want to post multiple artworks, submit an album instead.
Mark the post as spoiler if necessary.

NSFW Content

Submissions must be tagged as NSFW when necessary.
Mild nudity is allowed, submissions containing exposed genitals, overly sexually suggestive acts, actual sexual acts and hentai are not.
Fetishistic posts (foot, armpit, extremely exaggerated proportions, etc.) are not allowed.
No gore.
Inappropriate text is not allowed.
Any kind of NSFW Cosplay is not allowed.
Posts of NSFW nature are always subject to mod discretion and will be removed if deemed inappropriate for this sub.

Low-quality Post

No low-quality posts.
One meme every 24 hours per user. Rule 1 to 4 still apply.

"Low-quality" examples:

Posts that do not lead to a meaningful discussion.
RPing, rants, ranking/tier lists, reaction images, "fixed" posts, "wrong answer only"-like posts, contextless snippets/screenshots from the series etc.
Snippets from other people's comments on social media.
Cosplay must be based on official media.

Repost

Please check first if something similar was already posted (check the frontpage, /new/ and use the search function).
Reposts should be fresh and unique. Reposting content that has already been posted is not allowed (like top posts or commonly posted subjects), but if the repost has a different take compared to the original post, it may be transformative enough to not count as one. Up to mod discretion.
- Example: sharing a translated fan comic is allowed after sufficient time has passed.

Maturity (Drama/Trolling)

Any form of harassment of other users or parties will not be tolerated. Saying demeaning terms, insults, slurs, etc. to others is bad and not allowed.
Be respectful. You can share your thoughts and opinions without resorting to malicious intent to aggravate or offend others. Always be civil and do not cause unnecessary drama.
Use common sense.

Self-Promoting, Monetized Content or Clickbait

Please follow Reddit's Self-Promotion Rules. Posts of these nature may be removed at the moderators' discretion the poster may be handed bans if they are found to be spammers.
Do not advertise your own private products.
This subreddit is not a selling/trading platform.
Don't post anything to advertise Discord servers or offshoot subreddits (this is for any type of servers/subreddits — roleplaying, memes, character-centric, etc).

Spam / Karma Farming

Similar posts within a short duration of time may be removed because of spam. Please aggregate your thoughts/content in a single post instead.
For official media, news or similar content, one post per day per user is advised.
Posts containing images that do not serve a purpose will be removed.
Accounts used to spam art or links may be banned if adequate community participation is not observed. Alts used to circumvent the rules can lead to a ban for both the original and the alt account.

Inappropriate Title

Titles should be concise. Limit the title to at most 20 words or 120 characters.
Titles must be in English.
Titles should be descriptive. Only be vague when discussing spoilers.
Titles should not be in FULL CAPS.
Titles should not be clickbait.
Titles should be mature and not be needlessly written in a suggestive way.
Avoid crude and vulgar words and an excessive amount of emoji.

Piracy

Posting unedited extended clips (+30 seconds) or pages from a chapter that do not serve a meaningful discussion (commentary, criticism, or education) is not allowed.
Posting, encouraging or asking for links to illegal websites that are profiting from illegally hosted chapters or episodes is not allowed.
