Instead of stalking Reddit and trying to figure out how people in Episode bookclubs are making their points and gaining rewards, can you actually LISTEN to the issues that users have been bringing up for YEARS.
Gumball? Years since the last themed gumball, it feels like ya’ll have completely abandoned the app but GOD FORBID someone has a waaay to quick “skip” and people use it to gain points.
LET’S NOT FORGET the constant glitches of the portal and the app, you guys have the budget to throw away authors effort but don’t have the budget for someone to fix an ongoing issue that happens every week at least once.
OH AND LET’S NOT FORGET THE ABYSMALLY LOW PAY for the community authors that CARRY YOUR APP. I’m so infuriated and I’m so sorry for ReedSplice. College drama was such an iconic story, being removed, I really hope to see more conversations and pressure against episode.
Edit:
Just clarifying, I was not talking about the moderators of this subreddit, but rather the moderators of the episode app.
Also this post is about the story College Drama, which was removed due to being used for bookclub farming due to having a quick “skip option”. I was really upset when writing this post tbh so I’m sorry if it made no sense!
I also want to add that besides the issues I’ve brought up there are A LOT more, yet they’re never heard. Episode is more concerned with losing money due to “cheating” in bookclubs than what the users of the app actually want.
