What's CCS entail?

We are indeed, and making slow-but-steady progress (as is Debian's wont).

Here is another interesting URL:
https://wiki.debian.org/HelmutGrohne/rebootstrap which points to a jenkins instance running dodgy scripts which try to boostrap a selection of Debian arches from scratch. None of them get very far yet, but that will improve over time - the idea being to eventually have nice CI running to make sure that the distro stays bootstrappable, or at least knowing which things are currently breaking it.
