Whatever happened to holding companies accountable for people’s data, which they hold in trust for a specific purpose???

If my word processor uploads my documents to a cloud (and charges me for that service, no less), I should not have to worry that my data is not being treated as confidential. If that is no longer the presumption, everyone whose work relies on privilege, confidentiality, or trade secret will have to go completely offline, or use LANs and proprietary software only. Or find software providers who aren’t thieves and who don’t suck at trust.

C'est très intéressant en attendant la suite, soyons prudent pour toute précipitation aveugle.
