AADL offers notary services to the public free of charge by appointment only. No Library card is required to make an appointment.

To request a notary appointment, please fill out this form. A member of the Notary Team will reply to your request as soon as possible.
Please note: Notary appointments may be booked at the Downtown Library only, Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 5:30pm. Weekend and same-day bookings are not available at this time.
AADL notaries are unable to provide a Medallion Signature Guarantee. Please get in touch with your financial institution for that service.
